Payment & billing
All prices on this site are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. What you see is what you pay — we add nothing at checkout.

How you can pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. Card numbers are never entered on this website and are never stored by us — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
Bank transfer is available for orders over £5,000 and for trade accounts; email sales@haulcrest.shop and we will issue a proforma invoice.
VAT and invoicing
[Registered company name] Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom under number [VAT registration number]. Every displayed price includes VAT at the prevailing standard rate of 20%.
A full VAT invoice is emailed with your dispatch confirmation and a paper copy travels in the crate. VAT-registered businesses can reclaim the VAT element in the normal way.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. We do not take deposits, we do not store card details for later, and there are no recurring or subscription charges of any kind on this site.
If a machine turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you within one working day and refund in full immediately — we do not hold your money against future stock.
Finance
Business asset finance is available over 24 to 48 months through an independent, FCA-authorised UK finance provider. Monthly figures shown on product pages are indicative illustrations, not quotations, and assume a 48-month term with no deposit.
[Registered company name] Ltd introduces customers to the provider and is not a lender or a credit broker for consumer credit. Finance is subject to status and to the provider's own terms; the agreement is between you and them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Payment is handled entirely on the provider's systems, so no card data passes through, or is retained by, this website.
We will never telephone or email you to ask for card details, a PIN or a one-time passcode. If someone does, it is not us — hang up and contact us on the number in the footer.
